# NMA Token

$NMA is the core utility and governance token of NimaNode. It serves as a native token of the platform, facilitating the building and deployment of AI Agents, ensuring the growth and development of NimaNode as well as having a deflationary model to ensure its longevity. The distribution as well as its utility to our ecosystem will be discussed in the section below.

## Token Distribution

**Total Supply:** There is a total supply of **200,000,000 (200 Million) NMA**&#x20;

**Allocation**

* **Presale: 45% (90,000,000 $NMA)**

Public sale to early birds, investors with a fair distribution model to generate liquidity for continous AI research and ecosystem development. While ensuring minimal vesting mechanisms

* **Dex Liquidity: 15% (30,000,000 $NMA)**

Initial liquidity for decentralized exchanges to support fair trading and token accessibility. Locked liquidity portions may apply.

* **Ecosystem Fund: 10% (20,000,000 $NMA)**

Reserved for partnerships, agent grants, developer bounties, marketing, and cross-chain integrations. Managed by the Nimanode team and DAO.

* **Staking Rewards: 15% ( 30,000,000 $NMA)**

Incentives for staking $NMA on agents, liquidity provision on $NMA pairs and rewards on other community activities ensuring sustained engagement and participation.

* **Team: 8% (16,000,000 $NMA)**

Team tokens are subject to a 3-year vesting schedule to align long-term commitment.

* **DAO & Treasury: 7% (14,000,000 $NMA)**

Controlled by token-holder governance. Used to fund new initiatives, vote on agent grants, or incentivize infrastructure.
